It’s really funny how life works — Cory and Danielle are two of our closest friends now and it all started with their Oak Hollow Farm engagement photos!

We first met up with Cory and Danielle at Fairhope’s Provision (their coffee is amazing btw) to actually talk about their wedding film as well as their big dreams for their big day.

Both of these soon-to-be newlyweds are strong Christ-followers. And because of that, their wedding ceremony is incredibly important to of them. They plan to incorporate not one, not two but THREE of the closest pastors in their lives and we can’t wait to hear the beautiful words spoken. It sounds like it’s going to be so unique and unlike anything we’ve seen before!

We also actually learned that Cory’s family ties to Oak Hollow Farm so that place is a little extra special to them. It’s where Cory proposed!

Their wedding was quickly approaching but mentioned not having the chance to get engagement photos taken yet … and we were totally down!

The Shoot

We started out with Cory and Danielle in an open field, which is near the ceremony space at Oak Hollow. They got snuggly on a blanket as that golden hour glow was approaching.

Next, we headed over to the iconic tunnel of oak trees. You can’t help but admire the way these trees grew and the way the light comes through the leaves. It’s quite magical, really.

Cory’s parents actually live nearby at the cutest farmhouse! We thought it would be meaningful to have some photos taken there since they built this house for their family. The home is absolutely perfect with a traditional farmhouse wrap around porch.

We laughed so much with them! We loved getting to know Cory and Danielle for their springtime Oak Hollow Farm engagement photos and hear all about their quickly approaching wedding day (also at Oak Hollow Farm)!
