We were surrounded by some of the most beautiful oak trees with Jon and Jessica at their Blakeley State Park engagement shoot!
We love getting the chance to shoot at this historical battleground site because it changes every time we’re there. It seriously never gets old!
The 2,100 acre park is large and includes all sorts of trails, camping grounds and even boat tours. Thankfully, we did our research so we kind of had a game plan already figured out for where we wanted to take these two.
We reviewed the handy map you get when you first drive in once more and looked for the “trees of significance”. During our research online, we found the large oak tree covered in Spanish moss and knew this one was a must! And it certainly didn’t disappoint 😍
Next, we headed to have some fun in the fresh blooms and go on a little hike on a nearby trail. Most of the lighting wasn’t ideal so we didn’t stay too long in there!
On the way out towards the entrance of the park, we decided to stop at the large bridge.
These two are so in love and we can’t wait to celebrate them this fall for their wedding at The Elizabeth in Grand Bay, AL!
